📋 Description

• Take full ownership of Azure, Intune, M365, and the broader Microsoft stack from day one • Build and ship automations that meaningfully reduce manual work across the business • Maintain and expand the internal knowledge base so that operational knowledge doesn't live in one person's head • Own hardware lifecycle decisions across clinic and manufacturing environments • Contribute to our shared security posture, working with Microsoft Defender alerts and operational security workflows day to day • Make independent calls on onboarding, admin access, tooling, and hardware without needing sign-off at every turn

🎯 Requirements

• Experience across the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Intune, M365, Teams, Office • A genuine power user of AI tools with real examples of how you've used them to improve how you work, Copilot, Claude Code, agentic tooling • Strong practical experience with Power Automate or equivalent automation platforms • Comfortable supporting macOS environments alongside Windows • Hardware ownership experience across endpoints, manufacturing, or operational environments • Working knowledge of security operations and Microsoft Defender • Someone who makes decisions, takes ownership, and doesn't need constant direction.
