📋 Description
• Support the Finance Manager for Garden of Life & Solgar brands • Prepare period-end close reports and dynamic forecasts • Analyze and report on volume, mix, and rate changes and explain variances • Track actual results and special projects, including budget setup and spend tracking • Prepare business model financials and financials in support of product innovation and sourcing • Prepare monthly reconciliations for relevant balance sheet accounts • Handle special assignments and audits as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA a plus) • 3+ years’ experience in Finance Management and/or Accounting • Excellent Excel skills • Manufacturing and costing background • Experience using Oracle and SAP systems • Intermediate to advanced financial modeling skills • Understanding of cost accounting and activity-based costing • Background in consumer products or manufacturing environment a plus • Results-focused, self-starter with high initiative • Commitment to deliver accurate financial analytics with first-time quality • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and adapt quickly to changes • Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
