📋 Description

• Be final escalation point for your team and client scenarios • Build and execute IT roadmap planning for your clientele • Help manage physical assets such as inventory, cable management, and the general workspace • Manage and support identity providers that govern application access such as Okta and Google Workspace • Develop and update standards, policies, and procedures as well as best practices documentation in line with compliance requirements • Help configure automations and tooling especially as it relates to on-boarding and offboarding flows • Facilitate IT shipments such as on/offboarding packages and equipment • Manage and support a team of associate IT consultants and IT consultants alike. Ensuring growth and development of the individuals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a computing related discipline • 6+ years of experience in an IT focused role • 4+ years of experience managing direct reports • Experience with Mac OS and Windows • Well organized • Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills • Passion for IT as well as building relationships • Curious, self-starter, collaborative, and adaptable in an ever-changing field • Experience with management and leading a technical team • Nice To Have: Degree with a technology focus • Certifications such as: CompTIA, Microsoft, Okta and/or AWS • Experience building out as well as deploying MDMs and SSO/IDP providers
