📋 Description

• Provide individual telehealth psychotherapy to patients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and adjustment-related difficulties connected to their neurologic diagnosis • Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations within your scope of practice • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches) • Coordinate care with patients' neurology providers as needed to support whole-person treatment • Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation • Manage your own caseload and scheduling within the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LCSW license (independent clinical practice license — not LSW or provisional) • Licensed in New York, California, Florida or Texas; multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain it is a plus • Experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, and/or PTSD populations • Comfort and experience providing psychotherapy via telehealth • Interest or experience in healthcare-adjacent or integrated care settings (neurology, chronic illness, or medical social work experience is a strong plus, though not required) • Strong clinical documentation habits and comfort working independently • Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant space for sessions.
