📋 Description

• Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. • Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows. • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. • Create and manage automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools. • Ensure data quality through data governance, audits, cleansing, and deduplication efforts. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training. • Manage integrations with third-party applications. • Support Salesforce releases, testing, and change management activities. • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience • Salesforce Administrator Certification • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud • Strong reporting and dashboard development skills • Experience with Salesforce Flow automation • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Preferred Qualifications Advanced Administrator Certification • Platform App Builder Certification • Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or integrations • Experience supporting sales organizations
