📋 Description

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team while designing and implementing complex SharePoint and Power Platform solutions • Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to drive business applications and data-driven insights • Lead and mentor a team of SharePoint and Power Platform developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output and professional growth • Design, develop, and implement complex solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform technologies, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations • Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create effective business applications and provide data-driven insights • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that address their requirements • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates, features, and best practices in SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and have a Public Trust • 2-5 years of experience as a Developer / Software Engineer with a focus on Microsoft enterprise application technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Power Platform, etc) • 1-3 years of experience specifically with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development, and customization • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Ability to lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance best practices for SharePoint and Power Platform
