📋 Description

• Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teams • Performing requirements management including requirements creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, compliance matrices, etc. • Developing test procedures to formally verify system requirements for sell off events • Decomposing system requirements and collaborating with multi-disciplined, distributed teams to generate efficient and scalable solutions • Supporting the development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities • Participating in the development and execution of program milestones events such as Customer meetings, internal and formal Government testing events, and discrepancy report (DR) review boards • Conducting testing events of software solutions and generating Test result documentation • Supporting operations of software with tasks such as enterprise test events and user integration and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Poly • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, IT, or related engineering field • At least 5 years of professional experience working in software development or systems engineering • Effective cross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well in a small team, fast paced environment • Ability to develop requirements • Ability to develop test procedures that verify requirements • Ability to develop tracing between requirements, code, and verification • Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology • Current IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CISSP, or CASP)
