📋 Description

• Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting for TAK-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations • Train and assist operators in the effective use of TAK applications for mission-critical operations • Develop and maintain processes for the integration of TAK • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data-sharing protocols and address integration challenges • Configure TAK systems to meet mission requirements, including setting up custom geospatial layers, communication channels, and user permissions • Monitor TAK network connections, server performance • Manage TAK software updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure system reliability and security • Serve as a liaison between TAK users and Customer leadership to gather feedback and implement system improvements • Document and report integration metrics, operational insights, and system status to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship is required to obtain a DHS Suitability clearance (high risk rating) • 3+ years of experience with TAK in an operational or technical support role • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ experience in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience-MS with 6 years’ experience, AS with 10 years’ experience, HS with 12 years’ experience) • Experience with data integration processes, APIs, and protocols • Strong understanding of network communications, including TCP/IP, multicast, and secure data transmission • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in real-time operational environments
