• Owns the development and execution of plans to achieve NRTL status • Leads and owns interaction with OSHA and accreditation bodies • Works with technical team to develop and maintain all of the necessary quality documentation required for accreditations • Ensures that the entire team is aware of accreditation requirements and their role in achieving and maintaining accreditations • Manage internal audits and management reviews as well as internal training on policies and requirements • Works with leadership to instill a culture of quality throughout the organization • Analyze existing operational processes using Lean Six Sigma tools (VSM, DMAIC, root cause analysis) to identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies. • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and DMAIC projects to deliver measurable business results in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to establish metrics, track project progress, and validate improvements. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by training and coaching cross-functional teams on Lean principles, Kaizen, and 5S. • Provide regular progress updates to leadership • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree required • Deep knowledge of NRTL Program requirements and ISO 17020, 17025, 17065 accreditation requirements • Deep knowledge of quality management systems and auditing • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills; ability to influence teams at all levels. • Must be energized and self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment • Ability to travel 10% of the time
