📋 Description

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations • Assist in rectifying deficiencies as requested • Perform a comprehensive assessment of the chief complaint and patient needs utilizing the nursing process • Seek solutions and offer opinions to physicians and other health care providers • Document all nursing assessments in the patient's medical record • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times • Demonstrate clinical competency and independently perform routine nursing duties including phlebotomy, medication administration, and measurement of vital signs • Communicate and collaborate with other clinical and administrative departments to coordinate appropriate patient care

🎯 Requirements

• BSN • Current Registered Nurse License issued by State of Illinois • BLS certification • Minimum two years of RN experience • Minimum of three years of emergency department or urgent care setting (preferred) • National certification in specialty area such as CEN, TCRN, Ambulatory Care, or others (preferred) • Proficient with Epic electronic charting system (preferred)
