📋 Description
• Oversees the service experience for all patients • Ensures optimal use of all practice resources • Communicates with patients and/or clinical staff • Assists Practice Manager with data collection and analysis • Facilitates the resolution/prevention of billing errors and denials • Registers patients and schedules appointments • Provides patient education information and/or materials • Maintains strong relationships with patients, providers, and staff • Conducts follow-up with patients
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 2 years previous healthcare experience • Experience in a customer service role • Bachelor's degree (preferred) • Previous experience with an electronic medical record system (preferred) • Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
