âą NoGigiddy is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our remote team. âą Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. âą Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively. âą Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and ensuring client information is up to date. âą Identify and resolve client issues proactively to ensure a positive client experience. âą Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements. âą Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to ensure client needs are met. âą Assist in onboarding new clients, providing necessary resources and information. âą Gather and relay client feedback to improve services and client experience.
âą Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. âą Strong customer service skills and ability to understand and meet client needs. âą Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. âą Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members. âą Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client issues proactively. âą Time management skills to meet deadlines. âą Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software. âą Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus. âą Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools is a plus. âą Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a plus. âą High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework beneficial.
âą Remote Work: The role is remote, allowing for flexibility in work location. âą Collaboration: Regular virtual meetings and communications with the sales and support teams. âą Tools: Use of various communication and collaboration tools, such as email, video conferencing, and CRM software.
