📋 Description

‱ NoGigiddy is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our remote team. ‱ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. ‱ Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively. ‱ Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and ensuring client information is up to date. ‱ Identify and resolve client issues proactively to ensure a positive client experience. ‱ Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements. ‱ Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to ensure client needs are met. ‱ Assist in onboarding new clients, providing necessary resources and information. ‱ Gather and relay client feedback to improve services and client experience.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. ‱ Strong customer service skills and ability to understand and meet client needs. ‱ Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. ‱ Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members. ‱ Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client issues proactively. ‱ Time management skills to meet deadlines. ‱ Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software. ‱ Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus. ‱ Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools is a plus. ‱ Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a plus. ‱ High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework beneficial.
