📋 Description
• Complete detailed data quality reviews on many types of data to identify any outliers or anomalies in the data • Perform high-level data investigations • Track and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding issue identification and resolution • Assist in documentation of customer and company processes • Use SQL for data analysis and support customer-facing data questions • Collaborate with the Data Ops team to improve data quality and reporting
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in an IT role (or college-level credits) requiring business or data analysis • Experience reading or writing SQL or a similar language • Experience or familiarity with healthcare claims (beneficial) • Excellent customer service skills
