β’ 1-2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related marketing role. β’ A content creator first: your portfolio showcases social content you've personally concepted, created, edited, and published. β’ Comfortable both behind the camera and in front of it, serving as a relatable face of the Nori brand. β’ Deeply plugged into internet culture, social trends, creators, and emerging platforms. β’ Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms. β’ Fluent in content creation and editing tools including CapCut, Canva, and native platform editing tools. β’ Excellent visual storytelling skills and an instinct for creating content that feels authentic, engaging, and native to each platform. β’ Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple creative priorities simultaneously. β’ A proactive self-starter who brings ideas to the table instead of waiting for direction. β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and excited to wear multiple hats as the company grows.
