• Responsible for day-to-day management, monitoring, and operational support of AI systems • Ensures AI solutions and their supporting data infrastructure function reliably • Requires expertise in MLOps practices, data pipeline operations, system monitoring • Hybrid role: minimum of three days in the office for collaboration and teamwork • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States • University is unable to sponsor for this role
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations • At least 1 year focused on AI/ML systems and data pipeline support • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML and data engineering service offerings • MLOps experience: operationalizing and maintaining machine learning models in production environments • Data Pipeline Operations: maintaining and troubleshooting data pipelines built with tools like Apache Airflow, Prefect • System Monitoring: monitoring AI system and data pipeline performance • Performance Optimization: techniques to optimize AI system and data pipeline performance • Change Management: implementing changes to production AI systems and data pipelines • Data Quality Management: understanding of data quality principles • Documentation and Knowledge Management: creating operational documentation • Automation Skills: creating and implementing automation scripts • Security Awareness: understanding security best practices for AI operations
