• The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) aligns IT solutions with the university's strategic objectives • Focuses on delivering maximum value bridging the gap between business partners and technology providers • Involves supporting evolving business needs and cross-functional teams • Proactive mindset essential for addressing unexpected challenges • Minimum of three days in-office presence to facilitate collaboration • Availability outside traditional hours may be required for urgent business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field • 6-8 years of project and relationship management-related experience focusing on strategic business engagement • Strong analytical skills • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations • Excellent communication skills • Comprehensive understanding of business and IT landscapes • Strong leadership skills • Familiarity with technical areas such as risk management • Knowledge of product management concepts • Flexible and adaptive style • Strong negotiation skills • High emotional intelligence • Ability to develop and communicate a clear strategic vision • Advanced project management skills • Sensitivity to cultural differences • Strong inclination towards innovation • Ability to manage and resolve crises effectively • Proficiency in building and maintaining a network of contacts
