📋 Description
• Support program proposal requirements • Research part and supplier usage history • Develop compliant RFQ package for supplier quotes in support of program proposals • Coordinate and manage RFQ process for supplier quotes • Analyze RFQ responses • Provide written updates to suppliers and NG program team • On-board suppliers in multiple ERP systems (SAP and Costpoint) • Provide invoice support
🎯 Requirements
• Has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • Having majored in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Transportation, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics / Applied Economics, Data Analytics / Business Intelligence, or similar from an accredited university • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) • MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
