📋 Description

• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of services, specialized materials, and equipment • Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, performs price/cost negotiations • Ensures that appropriate documentation is provided to logistics/transportation & warehouse organization • Manages performance of subcontracts, ensures compliance with public law requirements, and monitors supplier quality • Identifies strategies and opportunities to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and manage risk through strategic negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in general area of study and 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and 3 years of experience • Understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and regulations • General knowledge of FAR/DFARS and associated Federal Contracting regulations • Strong organizational skills • Ability to collaborate with program management and other multi-functional teams • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance • US Citizenship required
