📋 Description

• Support a large, complex organization with DEIBA strategic planning and communications • Develop clear strategies, communications plans, and implementation roadmaps • Facilitate listening sessions, focus groups, and engagements with stakeholders • Create and deliver executive-ready reports and materials to support DEIBA initiatives • Measure DEIBA progress and contribute to sustaining long-term impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing DEIBA-related strategic plans • Experience supporting large organizations, ideally with 1,000+ employees • Background in public sector, transportation, government, or similarly complex environments preferred • Experience creating DEIBA implementation roadmaps, action plans, communications strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans • Ability to facilitate listening sessions, focus groups, interviews, or leadership alignment discussions • Strong writing skills with the ability to develop executive-ready reports, presentations, talking points, FAQs, and rollout materials • Experience helping organizations measure DEIBA progress and sustain long-term impact.
