📋 Description

• Lead all phases of BESS and renewable energy project development, including design oversight, procurement, construction, and commissioning. • Provide project management to lead the civil, electrical, and structural engineering teams in the delivery of EV/EVSE infrastructure including planning, design, commissioning, and consulting on complex projects. • Demonstrate strong electric vehicle charging, solar and BESS experience including feasibility assessment and cost estimating. • Collaborate across verticals and supporting teams to enable smooth project phase transitions. • Proactive, coordination of engineering and design activities to comply with budgets and schedules; identify departures or issues early to meet client expectations for project excellence, budget, and schedule. • Coordinate with engineering and drafting teams. • Participate in training project staff, as appropriate. • Provide overall package quality assurance checks on deliverables. • Participate in business development activities including preparation of proposals for new work.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. Degree in relevant field, such as General Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management. • M.S. Degree in relevant field such as General Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus. • PMP certification preferred. • Experience in budgeting, scheduling, planning EV/EVSE, solar and BESS projects. • Experience using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling software. • 5+ years’ project experience within electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure and EV supply equipment (EVSE), preferably with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and solar and/or BESS project experience. • 10+ years’ of Project Management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in planning, cost estimating, engineering and design, survey, permitting, construction, and utility coordination on complex multi-site projects for local and national clients. • Knowledge of RELIC and RUNE is a plus. • Professional Engineer (PE), LEED Accredited Professional or other relevant certifications is a plus.
