⢠Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy focused on operational excellence and business value. ⢠Gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable product initiatives. ⢠Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities. ⢠Lead prioritization efforts based on business impact, value realization, and resource constraints. ⢠Oversee implementation of system enhancements, integrations, and third-party vendor solutions. ⢠Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors. ⢠Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements. ⢠Design and implement optimized workflows that improve scalability, compliance, and user experience. ⢠Partner cross-functionally with Operations and IT teams to align business processes and technology solutions. ⢠Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and governance standards. ⢠Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured process improvement methodologies. ⢠Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization. ⢠Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics. ⢠Utilize data insights to support product prioritization, investment decisions, and process enhancements. ⢠Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend data-driven solutions. ⢠Ensure data quality and integrity across systems and reporting environments. ⢠Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders. ⢠Communicate product progress, outcomes, risks, and opportunities to leadership teams. ⢠Act as a product ambassador and subject matter expert for assigned platforms and initiatives. ⢠Manage timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects. ⢠Support testing, implementation, adoption, training, and change management activities.
⢠5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related discipline. ⢠Demonstrated experience delivering business value through technology solutions and operational improvements. ⢠Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow optimization, and business process analysis. ⢠Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. ⢠Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. ⢠Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. ⢠Experience leading enterprise application initiatives and collaborating with technical and business teams.
