• Support customization and configuration of Epic applications • Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows • Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches • Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems • Assist in creating user guides and training materials • Maintain detailed records of system changes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps • Work closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams • Engage in training and development activities
• Completion of an OCHIN workforce training program or similar experience preferred • Epic proficiency in Clinical Applications must be obtained within 60-days of employment • Interest in data analysis, problem solving and continuous learning • Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills • Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and systems • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Completion of a 50-60-minute competency assessment prior to team interview
