📋 Description
• Support OCHIN’s mission leveraging technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities • Resolve complex technical issues and optimize processes • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to bridge technology and organizational goals • Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality while ensuring usability • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing for process improvement and alignment across teams
🎯 Requirements
• Certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute PB, PB Claims • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build • Strong communication skills with application, technical team members, end users, and SMEs • Process and detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven decision making • Ability to travel up to 20-25%
