• Supervises daily operations of the department • Monitors individual performance and provides coaching to employees • Implements and monitors quality control measures • Collaborates with various stakeholders to improve documentation • Resolves employee issues and develops team members
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Three years of experience in healthcare management or related field • Current RN License in the state of practice preferred • Current Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) preferred • Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) preferred • Current CCS or CPC certification preferred • Proficient with Windows-style applications and software packages specific to role
