📋 Description

• Conduct specialized inspections of construction projects, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems • Verify that construction work complies with approved plans, specifications, and applicable building codes • Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for project managers and stakeholders • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address and resolve any issues or discrepancies • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations • Conduct safety audits and ensure that all safety protocols are being followed on-site • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on inspection findings and site conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree or higher • 5+ years of industry experience in the healthcare sector • Meticulous attention to detail to identify and document any issues or discrepancies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey inspection findings and collaborate with project teams • Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively • Effective time management skills to handle multiple inspections and meet project deadlines • Proficiency in analyzing construction plans and specifications • Ability to travel regularly to construction sites • Physical requirements primarily include physical activity, including walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods
