📋 Description
• Office Hours is an online platform that lets users earn income by sharing what they know. • You will own a portfolio of enterprise customers and will be directly responsible for their growth. • You will design and execute your own account acquisition and account expansion strategies while coaching a high-performance team. • This role is fast-paced and client-facing with a focus on client portfolio growth and team development. • As a Client Solutions leader and first point of contact for our clients, you will also work alongside our product and engineering team to translate insights into product improvements.

• You display a “challenge-accepted” mentality • You are passionate about training, coaching, and developing talent • You inspire and motivate your team to achieve ambitious goals • You are results-driven and excel at identifying new & innovative ways to drive growth • 3-5 years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles; 1-2 years of experience managing a client-facing team
