📋 Description
• Develop, maintain, support, and execute the OhioHealth Ethics and Compliance Program • Provide day-to-day management, planning and supervision of the Ethics and Compliance Department • Create a working relationship with all OhioHealth associates and physicians • Maintain a current understanding of state and federal healthcare laws, regulations, and standards • Complete special projects as requested by the Ethics and Compliance Officer
🎯 Requirements
• Master's Degree (Required) • CPA - Certified Public Accountant - American Institute of Certified Public Accountants • MBA - State of Ohio • 8 to 15 years of experience in a healthcare compliance program or related field • Licensed CPA, MBA, or related field • Certifications may be required: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist - Physician Base (CCS-P), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) • Advanced regulatory knowledge in federal state privacy laws, state and federal healthcare laws, regulations, and standards, including fraud, abuse, and compliance • Knowledge of CPT Coding, ICD-10, Compliance Programs, conducting and overseeing Investigations and Auditing • Proficiency with personal computers and related software
