📋 Description

• Provide small-scale design elements for federal engineering projects using standard techniques and established methods. • Perform basic plan production and technical tasks under the guidance of senior engineers. • Develop and apply knowledge and experience in designing and modeling software for engineering solutions. • Assist with project schedules, engineering calculations, and preparation of construction documents. • Gather research, recommend solutions, and create drafts of technical reports. • Gain experience with creating and maintaining project and client information within the firm’s project management system. • May travel and work in various terrains and weather conditions at project sites in different stages of construction.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of one year of engineering experience. • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related engineering field. • Possesses Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification. • Working knowledge (or ability to become proficient) in relevant technologies (e.g., Civil 3D). • Strong communication skills. • Ability to contribute and work well with a team. • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel and work in field conditions as needed. • Solid interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
