📋 Description

• Drive profitable portfolio performance by managing a dedicated book of renewal business, conducting comprehensive underwriting reviews approximately 90 days prior to expiration. • Protect underwriting integrity and portfolio quality by evaluating risks against established appetite and authority thresholds. • Provide strategic underwriting recommendations by preparing thorough referral packages for accounts exceeding authority limits. • Maintain audit ready policy documentation through the ongoing organization, management, and quality control of electronic policy files. • Deliver operational excellence by issuing Package, Commercial Marine, and Umbrella/Bumbershoot policies within 48 hours of receipt. • Strengthen underwriting compliance by proactively obtaining, tracking, and following up on outstanding broker documentation. • Enhance broker relationships and service excellence by serving as a trusted point of contact for policy, coverage, and billing inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• An associate’s degree from an accredited college, technical school, or equivalent combination of education, training, and related work experience. • At least one year of relevant professional experience is preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn underwriting systems and tools. • A strong desire to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
