• Prepare financial reports, renewal projections, pricing models, contribution modeling, and other plan performance analyses • Create clear and accurate market exhibits, renewal materials, and client presentations • Own and project manage the RFP process for assigned clients, including finalist presentations • Collect, audit, analyze, and interpret carrier and claims data to support client renewals and financial deliverables • Maintain accurate market, renewal, and client data in internal systems including D365 and Client Action Logs • Partner with carriers, consultants, and internal teams to support renewals and ongoing client needs • Advise clients on carrier deliverables and communicate findings throughout the plan lifecycle • Distribute and interpret monthly carrier performance reports • Prepare benchmarking and financial workbooks for Client Stewardship and Midyear meetings • Support annual client compliance requirements (e.g., RxDC, 5500s, PCORI, Creditable Coverage, Discrimination Testing) • Maintain organized documentation for renewals, reporting, and ongoing claims data • Review peer deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field, preferred • 3+ years of relevant professional experience • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills • Experience working with a group insurance carrier, broker, or consultant • Knowledge of group insurance products (medical, dental, pharmacy, life, disability, CDHPs) • Experience with database applications a plus
