• 5+ years of experience in sales with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets • Existing relationships with Service Providers and Telecom Carriers • Deep understanding of telecommunications, including experience with UCC solutions and exposure to CCaaS and/or CPaaS; familiarity with platforms such as Cisco BroadSoft, NetSapiens, or Metaswitch strongly preferred • Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn insights into action • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and presenting at an executive level • Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and revenue growth • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools • Ability to travel as needed • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
