📋 Description
• Prospectar activamente creadores en Instagram, YouTube y otras plataformas relevantes • Evaluar perfiles con base en métricas como engagement, calidad de audiencia, consistencia de contenido y potencial de conversión • Ejecutar outreach personalizado y escalable • Gestionar el funnel de reclutamiento: identificación, contacto, evaluación y aprobación • Construir y mantener una base de datos segmentada de influencers • Detectar tendencias, formatos y nuevos perfiles con alto potencial • Medir y optimizar tasas de respuesta, aprobación y activación
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia en búsqueda o gestión de influencers, afiliados o creadores • Capacidad analítica para evaluar métricas de performance • Alta capacidad de ejecución y organización • Comunicación clara y persuasiva (escrito) • Familiaridad con herramientas de búsqueda (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, bases de datos)
