📋 Description
• Understand the Landscape • Proactively build and maintain relationships with the Assessment team, Partnerships team, and Success team • Actively monitor family communities to spot trends, surface concerns, and gather ground-level intelligence • Synthesize what you learn into a clear picture of where the risks are • Build and maintain a forward-looking support roadmap • Set the Agenda and Drive Outcomes • Determine what needs to happen to improve student outcomes • Write innovative, out-of-the-box improvement plans • Step confidently into family-facing conversations • Work internally to shift the framing around testing • Document the Evidence and Prove the Effort • Track whether the strategies you put in motion are working and adjust when they aren't • Partner with the Associate Director of Student Engagement Operations on dashboards
