• Build and lead Global Medical Affairs capabilities in medical communications, operations, and field medical. • Facilitate US and global medical strategy for rinzimetostat and enozertinib. • Lead evidence generation planning in prostate, NSCLC, and other areas. • Provide medical leadership in scientific engagement activities and key opinion leader outreach. • Manage pre-launch/launch activities and provide updates to management. • Develop and lead patient advocacy strategies. • Support competitive intelligence activities and collaborate on scientific communication points. • Manage operating budgets and processes efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• An advanced medical/scientific degree (MD, PhD, NP/PA, or PharmD) • 8+ years of experience in medical affairs, biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Strong scientific background in oncology. • Strong networking skills with existing relationships in oncology healthcare. • Proven track record for medical affairs activities, including budget management for multiple compounds. • Hands-on experience executing US and global activities in medical affairs. • Extensive experience in product launches. • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with little direction. • Ability to travel (up to 50%) to South San Francisco and San Diego.
