📋 Description

• Support the strategy development and scaling of employer subsidized (ICHRA) and adjacent growth-oriented health insurance solutions • Translate enterprise, subsidiary, and market level strategies into actionable product concepts • Ensure alignment with core ACA offerings • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle execution through launch and performance optimization • Report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development • Own the development and evolution of the employer-subsidized product strategy • Lead and contribute to business cases associated with new products • Identify and assess new growth opportunities across employer-sponsored, individual, and adjacent product spaces • Define market-specific right to win strategies, competitive positioning, and expansion priorities • Partner with peers to translate strategies into scalable, fileable product designs • Ensure ICHRA and emerging solutions align with product architecture, benefit design standards, and member value propositions • Promote consistency and reusability through modular product design • Serve as primary connector across key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 8+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, commercial product strategy or commercial insurance product management, directly leading a team of high-functioning contributors • Experience working within the ACA marketplace (serving multiple markets), including individual or small group • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs • Familiarity with insurance product lifecycle management, including design and execution readiness • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
