📋 Description

• Lead the strategy for next-generation lifestyle-focused health solutions. • Be a hands-on strategic product leader and people leader. • Accountable for building a high-performing team while directly leading product strategy and delivery. • Translate enterprise priorities into scalable, market-ready health solutions that increase growth, retention, and long-term portfolio difference. • Report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development. • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to develop culturally aligned and linguistically tailored health solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 12+ years experience in health insurance, product strategy (ACA, QHP focused), and insurance product development • 6+ years people leadership experience managing multi-level teams • Expertise in ACA individual and small group QHP markets • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle execution • Experience launching new insurance products, partnerships, or market expansion. • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
