📋 Description

• Work directly with the Chief Payments Officer on strategic initiatives • Build scalable solutions that reduce manual work • Improve decision-making and create long-term organizational leverage • Leave behind tools, frameworks, and AI-enabled assets • Work on initiatives such as AI-powered Payments Knowledge Assistant, intelligent SOP frameworks, decision-support tools, and AI workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA (or similar graduate business degree) • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and business transformation • Experience using Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems • Strong communication and presentation skills • Process mapping and workflow optimization experience • Comfort working with data and operational metrics • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution • Bonus Skills: Prompt engineering, No-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, SQL or Python (helpful but not required), Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS
