• Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and communications — with the judgment to protect time for what matters most and the discretion to handle sensitive information. • Support the broader executive team on scheduling, logistics, and operational coordination across functions. • Plan and execute company-wide events and off-sites — from leadership retreats to all-hands — owning the details end to end so the team can show up and focus. • Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up summaries. • Manage vendors, expenses, and administrative workflows that keep the leadership team running efficiently. • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO's office. • Identify gaps in how the executive team operates and build the processes to close them.
• 3+ years supporting a senior executive or leadership team in a fast-moving environment — startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities without dropping anything. • Strong written communication — you'll be drafting on behalf of the CEO and should be able to match voice and intent. • High emotional intelligence and the instinct to handle sensitive situations with care and discretion. • Proactive by nature — you solve problems before they surface and flag issues before they escalate. • Based in New York City, with the flexibility to work in-person as needed.
