📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of agentic AI solutions for business specific use cases and workflows • Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions • Oversee day to day engineering execution for forward deployed AI initiatives, including planning, prioritization, delivery, and operational readiness • Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture • Drive integration of AI solutions with business systems, data sources, and operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor degree required and advanced degree preferred, ideally in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field • 8 plus years of AI engineering experience • Strong track record of leading product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for complex digital, data, or AI enabled products • Demonstrated experience in AI and data driven product environments • Strong cross functional leadership skills • Experience managing and developing product managers or junior product leaders
