📋 Description

• Define and lead the CAR-T Customer Engagement go-to-market strategy • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership • Build and evolve a strong insight-to-action engine • Drive enterprise-level strategies that strengthen agility • Align priorities across Customer Engagement, General Management, and cross-functional teams • Set a compelling vision for Business Excellence • Enable a high-performing culture • Define and continuously evolve performance frameworks • Integrate customer, market, and competitive insights into cohesive strategies • Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university • 10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed teams • Deep CAR-T or Oncology / Immunology / Advanced Platform experience • Proven enterprise go-to-market expertise • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Strong analytical capability • Technology and data fluency
