📋 Description

• Draft, edit, and format proposal responses including executive summaries, program descriptions, technical approaches, and implementation plans. • Analyze solicitations to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions. • Develop proposal outlines or compliance matrices to ensure all requirements are addressed. • Gather information from subject matter experts and coordinate multi-author contributions. • Review proposals for clarity, accuracy, compliance, and consistency. • Manage multiple proposal timelines, internal deliverables, and submission deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in proposal writing, technical writing, or grant writing. • Experience developing or contributing to RFP/RFI/RFQ or grant submissions. • Experience managing multiple deadlines and coordinating multi-author proposals. • Applicants must submit a writing sample (e.g., a proposal excerpt, grant narrative, or technical writing sample) with their application. (The writing sample must be in the same attachment as the resume). • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism Business, Public Administration, or related field. • Preferred: Grant Writing or Proposal Management certification (e.g., APMP).
