• Oversee daily accounting activities including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliations • Manage accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and applicable healthcare regulations • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets • Partner closely with the CFO, Controller, and executive leadership • Support accounting for medical imaging solutions, software licensing, services, and long-term projects • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure accurate cost and revenue alignment
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required) • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition principles • Experience with multi-currency and multi-entity accounting
