📋 Description

• Use cutting-edge AI tools to support a technology-forward legal team and streamline contracting, research, and operations. • Negotiate various commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and vendor agreements, ensuring Paxos’s interests are protected while enabling the business to move quickly. • Manage legal entity formation and governance, and become an expert on Paxos’s international corporate structure (including maintaining corporate records, board and shareholder consents, and related governance documents). • Maintain and build out the company’s legal operations function, including improving templates, workflows, playbooks, and systems to increase efficiency and reduce risk. • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Compliance, Product, Operations, and Procurement) to support commercial, corporate, and operational initiatives. • Help drive process improvements across the legal team by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and following through to implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of law firm paralegal experience. • Experience working on corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing legal agreements and related documentation. • Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment, with the ability to adapt as priorities and business needs evolve. • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. • Experience using AI legal tools (e.g., for contract review, document automation, or legal research) and an interest in experimenting with new technology to improve legal workflows.
