📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable solutions within multiple IT systems (e.g. Jamf, Intune, Okta, Jira, Google Workspace) • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex, multi-system issues. • Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and single points of failure. • Take complete ownership of the project lifecycle for key initiatives. • Formally mentor junior engineers to elevate the team's skillset. • Help define and document team standards for engineering excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience architecting, deploying, and managing the lifecycle of core IT platforms. • Subject matter expert (SME) in one or more of the following: Okta, Jira, Google Workspace, Jamf. • Hands-on experience developing robust automation and integrations using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash). • Deep practical knowledge of modern IAM principles. • Extensive experience managing a hybrid fleet of macOS endpoints at scale. • Ability to architect durable and scalable systems by evaluating, testing, and recommending emerging technologies.
