• Establish Paynuity’s creative vision and ensure all customer-facing touchpoints reflect brand standards. • Lead brand strategy, guide cross-functional creative initiatives, and mentor talent. • Develop sophisticated visual concepts and high-stakes collateral ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. • Manage the design and enhancement of Paynuity’s WordPress site and collaborate with Engineering. • Recruit and mentor designers; manage creative budgets and vendor engagements. • Collaborate with Sales, Leadership, and Legal on various brand and investor materials. • Monitor design trends and propose enhancements for market presence.
• 7+ years of progressive design experience, including 2+ years leading creative teams (agency or in-house). • Demonstrated mastery of PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and investor communications. • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and WordPress (Elementor or comparable page builders). • Portfolio showcasing sophisticated, data-driven collateral (e.g., investor decks) and intuitive UX/UI solutions. • Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on design execution in fast-moving environments. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
