• Manage overall revenue cycle performance and financial outcomes for multiple healthcare clients. • Monitor key performance indicators and analyze operational data. • Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction. • Oversee accounts receivable workflows and denial management processes. • Collaborate with internal departments and clients to enhance service delivery and operational results.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED diploma • 5 + years of health care revenue cycle management experience • 3+ years of experience managing teams/labor • Experience in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel
