📋 Description

• Maintaining generators, diagnosing and repairing problems • Installing and replacing components or entire systems • Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on generators • Reading and following blueprints or other design specifications • Installing fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring and controls • Testing for proper operation • Responding promptly to Power/Generator alarms • Being on call 24/7 if necessary • Performing work with awareness of potential hazards • Using safety equipment and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of experience with generator maintenance is preferred • Minimum of one year of intense work-related experience with generator and electrical maintenance-related software, hardware, and processes • Thorough knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair of Generators • Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components • Moderate computer skills • Basic knowledge of pertinent FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations
