📋 Description
• Underwrite commercial real estate transactions • Build and review financial models • Analyze rent rolls and operating statements • Prepare investment summaries and underwriting memos • Assist in evaluating acquisition and financing opportunities • Conduct market research and comparable sales analysis • Support due diligence efforts • Assist with lender outreach and loan request packages • Maintain and update CRM data
