📋 Description

• Establish and maintain a formal program management structure. • Provide program control, quality assurance, and risk management. • Serve as the primary point of contact with government representatives. • Lead and manage contractor staff and resources involved in contract execution. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Project Management Plan (PMP). • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs). • Participate in monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with the Program Office and COR. • Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing federal government programs, ideally with FAA or similar agencies. • Strong understanding of program and project management practices, including PMBOK or equivalent frameworks. • Demonstrated ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance on large, multi-task contracts. • Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing with government stakeholders. • Experience with schedule management tools, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. • Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and oversee complex technical activities.
