📋 Description

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth plans • Lead and oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user support • Drive digital transformation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance • Establish and maintain IT governance, security, compliance, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs • Manage IT budgets, technology investments, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to maximize value and cost effectiveness • Direct the planning and delivery of enterprise technology projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget • Build, develop, and lead high-performing IT teams by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning • Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to identify technology solutions, measure performance, and support organizational priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience • At least 5 years in a leadership or management role • Experience leading enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and business applications • Demonstrated success developing and executing IT strategies that support organizational growth and transformation • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications • Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, compliance, and business continuity practices • Preferred Certifications: ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other relevant cloud certifications
